Our team is led by Advocom Group co-founders AJ Donelson and Lane Bailey, joined by Jeff Kimball, a senior crisis communications professional with both Washington, DC and Wall Street experience, Carolyn Tieger, one of the nation’s most respected communications strategists, and Randi Kahn, a media veteran with experience in advocacy communications.  Individually, they bring an impressive set of communications skills, and together they are able to provide clients with a comprehensive approach to crisis and litigation communications.

Drawing on his extensive business and leadership training, education as an attorney, and hands-on experience with mass torts, product liability and other high profile cases, AJ has advised clients in financial services, health care, global manufacturing, technology, telecommunications and government contracting. Lane’s long history of crisis communications assignments are distinguished by his focus on protecting the brand and turning technical or legal arguments into compelling winning public arguments.  He also leads Advocom Group’s presentation, media and public testimony training.  Jeff Kimball’s background includes advising elected officials in addition to Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Jeff is co-author of a book on the use of social media to shape public opinion. Carolyn Tieger, a former senior executive with two global public relations agencies, has managed crises for clients in the chemical, oil, pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries and litigation communications surrounding product liability, personal injury, and environmental impact cases. Randi Kahn specializes in public affairs and leadership positioning with significant experience in issue and brand awareness campaigns, especially in the healthcare and medical sectors.
