Jeff Kimball

An award-winning writer and published author, Jeff’s strength lies in his ability to think strategically, act creatively, execute originally and generate results consistently. His work focuses on the development of plans and strategies, and the generation of integrated multi-media messaging and supporting content.

His 22-year career spans work in the United States Senate (for then Sen. and now VP Biden, Sen. Rockefeller and as an intern for Sen. Mitchell, where he got his start), on Wall Street and as a consultant for some of the world’s largest and most respected brands (GE, IBM) as well as non-profits and start-up companies. Jeff brings a wealth of experience and a unique combination of talents not found in your typical advocate. Like many others, he draws on his substantial experiences in Washington and on Wall Street for the benefit of his clients. Unlike many others, he has successfully launched his own start-ups, including an online media production company. He’s a published author who literally wrote the book on social media for business (see below), he was a podcast host, a regular blog contributor, has worked in front of and behind the video camera as an actor and director, and he is a successful ghostwriter and screenwriter. This diversity of experience enables him to work more holistically and synergistically with clients, providing a significant value-add.

An innovator and entrepreneur, he thrives on the challenge of understanding complex issues and finding the most effective, efficient, strategically driven solutions. He is never going to be someone who goes into the office and does the same thing every day for different clients.

Jeff served as a spokesperson for two US Senators, helped manage a US Senate campaign, managed investor relations, financial public relations, crises and mergers and acquisitions on Wall Street, served as a marketing consultant, piloted the communications operation for a $100 million development corporation and ran the development and marketing arm of a non-profit. He has experience in every aspect of communications, from collateral to commercials, from podcasts to pitch campaigns, from video production to web site development. Given his background in politics, entertainment and business, Jeff is a much sought after speechwriter who has also ghost-written speeches and books for corporate and non-profit executives. He is the co-author of Community, Connection and Conversation: Making Social Media work for Business. He is also highly sought after for speech, presentation and media training, content generation and social media expertise.

Jeff has worked in a wide variety of areas in the non-profit and for-profit sectors, including health care, finance, technology and telecommunications, development, environment, energy, entertainment and aging. He has a deep and substantive knowledge of the health care industry from his work in and outside Washington.

Jeff lives in Fairfield County, Conn (suburban New York City). However, he spends most of his time inside his client’s mind, using his talents to articulate their voice and vision.

Here’s something about Jeff that you won’t read in the standard bio:
Jeff is an award winning screenwriter who had the lead role in an Independent Feature Film. He’s also a published author who still writes (or paints) creatively every night.
